At Seranova Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
